Product Overview

The World’s Highest Energy Density Permanent Magnet

Sintered Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) magnets are manufactured through a powder metallurgy process. The raw materials are melted under vacuum, pulverized into fine powder, pressed into a magnetic field, and then sintered to achieve full density and peak magnetic properties.

Our sintered NdFeB magnets offer unparalleled remanence (Br) and energy product (BH)max, making them the preferred choice for high-torque motors, high-efficiency generators, and compact sensor assemblies. We provide a full spectrum of grades from N35 to N52, including specialized high-coercivity (H, SH, UH, EH) versions for high-temperature stability.

  • Wide grade range (N35-N52) with high remanence up to 1.52T
  • Multi-coating options: Ni-Cu-Ni, Zinc, Gold, Epoxy, Parylene
  • Complex shapes achieved via wire EDM and precision diamond slicing
  • Fully RoHS and REACH compliant
  • Global OEM supply for industrial and automotive sectors

Frequently Asked Questions

What grades do you stock for immediate shipment?

We maintain stock of standard N35 and N42 grades in popular disc and block sizes. High-grade N52 and high-temp SH/UH grades are typically produced to order with a 15-20 day lead time.

What is the maximum size you can produce?

The maximum size for a single sintered NdFeB block is approximately 150mm x 100mm x 50mm, limited by the pressing equipment capacity. Larger assemblies can be created by bonding segments together.

How do you prevent corrosion on sintered NdFeB?

Since sintered NdFeB is prone to oxidation, we offer various coatings including Ni-Cu-Ni (most common), Zinc, Epoxy (excellent for salt spray resistance), and Parylene (for medical or vacuum applications).

Can you supply with third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV)?

Yes, we regularly work with SGS and BV for pre-shipment inspections. We can also provide full RoHS and REACH compliance documentation for every batch.

What is the lead time for custom sintered NdFeB magnets?

Typical lead times are 7-10 days for prototypes and 20-30 days for mass production, depending on the complexity of the shape and the coating requirements.
