For injection molded bonded NdFeB, we can achieve walls as thin as 0.5mm depending on the part geometry and binder selection.

Injection vs Compression molded?
Injection molded allows for 3D complexity and insert molding but has lower magnetic energy due to higher binder content. Compression molded has higher energy but simpler 2D shapes.

Multi-shot overmolding?
Yes, we can perform multi-shot molding where a magnetic component is molded first, then a non-magnetic polymer is molded over it in a second stage.
