Product Overview

Compression-Molded Bonded NdFeB for Precision Motion

Bonded NdFeB magnets are produced by compression-molding a mixture of NdFeB powder and epoxy resin binder. The process enables near-net-shape production of complex ring geometries with anisotropic powder alignment — delivering uniform flux distributions critical for spindle motor stability at 5,400–15,000 RPM.

  • Multi-pole magnetization up to 32 poles
  • ±0.05 mm standard dimensional tolerance
  • Available in BNP-6 through BNP-12 grades
  • Ni, Zn, or Epoxy coating options
  • 100% automated flux density QC testing
  • ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

We accept orders from prototype quantities (as low as 50 pieces) through high-volume production. Pricing scales favorably at 500+ and 5,000+ pieces. Contact us for a tiered pricing sheet.

Can you produce magnets to my exact drawing dimensions?

Yes. We manufacture to customer drawings in PDF, DXF, or STEP formats. Standard shapes ship within 7–14 days after drawing approval; novel geometries may require tooling (lead time 2–3 weeks).

What magnetization patterns are available?

We support axial, radial, and multi-pole diametric magnetization. Pole counts from 2 to 32 poles are standard. Higher pole counts and custom pole configurations are available — share your motor spec and our engineers will advise.

How do you ensure consistency between production batches?

Every production batch undergoes 100% automated flux density testing. We maintain complete batch records (raw material certificates, process parameters, test data) for full traceability. SPC charts available on request.

What surface treatments are available?

Standard options: Ni-Cu-Ni (most common, good corrosion resistance), Zinc (cost-effective), Epoxy resin (chemical resistance, suitable for humid environments), and uncoated. Our engineering team can recommend based on your operating environment.
